Python Club for Secondary School students at Willetton senior high school (Open to All students)

Take your coding skills to the next level with our Python Club for Secondary School Students. Designed for students aged 12–17, this hands-on course develops strong programming skills through exciting coding challenges, practical projects, and game development.

Students will strengthen their understanding of Python while exploring object-oriented programming (OOP), problem-solving, algorithms, and software development. Those with little or no Python experience are welcome, while secondary school students with a stronger background (typically 12+ months of Python experience) may be recommended to progress to our Python, Game Development & AI Club.

This course provides the skills and confidence needed for advanced computer science, AI, and future STEM studies.

There is no prerequisite for this course.

Equipment:

Students are advised to bring a laptop to class.

Students can lend one from CodeKids for $100 per term.
