Application Development in Python class at Northbridge HQ (OPEN FOR ALL STUDENTS)

In Application Development in Python class, students will work together in a team to create their very own major software project.

Students will learn how to take a software project from the initial spark of an idea to the final launch including definition, project planning, user focused design, program architecture, collaborative development, testing and deployment.

In the process students will engage with industry standard technologies including git and UML and develop their teamwork, programmatic thinking, resource management and communication skills.

By the end of this program, students will have developed skills and confidence to make their own project ideas a reality.

We recommend that students study at the class for 1 year.

Prerequisite: Python intermediate Level or above

Class time: 9:00am – 10:30am (every Saturday for 8 weeks)

Duration: 8 weeks

Class size: 4-6 students

Equipment:

Students are advised to bring a laptop to class.

Students can bring their own or lend one from CodeKids for $60 per term
